On July 8th, 2016, we received exceptional services from your transportation customer service technicians at our home pack out, and that service compelled me to write you personally and directly in order to express my sincere appreciation and satisfaction for the services that were provided. I want to make you aware that your team was beyond professional and courteous and they demonstrated kindness and a disposition that is hard to come by in this day and age. I honestly don’t think I have ever seen a group work so hard, especially Ms. Joyce. They were extremely pleasant, polite, and engaging as to their purpose, your company and mission. They were further easy to talk to and answered all of our questions in detail while they performed their work, making what had been a stressful evolution thus far with our PCS, an extremely simple and easy to understand process. In my opinion you could not ask for better employees and representatives of your company. They reflected great credit upon themselves and your workforce, and are undoubtedly invaluable assets to your team. Customer services have been on the decline across our great country for some years now, and when people strive to perform above and beyond with honor, integrity, and perseverance, I believe they deserve to be recognized.

Please take the time to recognize them for their exceptional and exemplary performance of duties that day. I can’t express to you enough just how impressed I was as well as overwhelmingly satisfied with their performance and work ethic.
